Welcome to 852furniture (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “852furniture”). By accessing or using our website [www.852furniture.com] (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site or Services.

3. Terms of Sale
3.1 Pre-Order Policy
All products listed on our Site are available for pre‑order. By placing a pre‑order, you agree to settle the full payment upon delivery.
Delivery times for pre‑order items are estimates only and may vary due to production, shipping, or other factors beyond our control.
Pre‑orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. After your order is placed, cancellations may not be possible due to production commitments.
Pre‑order items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternative options or cancel the order without charge.
3.2 Pricing and Availability
Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of obvious error.
If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
3.3 Payment
We accept payments upon delivery via Cash, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, and ATM Bank Transfer.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it.
For bank transfers, payment must be completed prior to delivery. Orders will be confirmed once the funds are credited.
3.4 Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes may apply to certain purchases. Only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
4. Acceptance of Orders
4.1 Content on the Site (e.g., product images, descriptions, pricing) constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
4.2 A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Delivery, Shipping & Storage
5.1 Local Shipping (Hong Kong)
We offer free delivery within Hong Kong using our delivery team. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or stairs.
5.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays due to customs or other factors are beyond our control.
5.3 Storage Policy
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you promptly. A complimentary storage period of up to 1 month is offered to all clients from the date of arrival.
After the 1-month free storage period, a storage fee will be charged monthly, calculated as follows:
- 5% of the original product price, or
- HKD $200 per cubic meter (CBM),
whichever is higher.
Products stored for over 3 months without settlement of the storage fee may be considered forfeited, and ownership of the items may be transferred to 852furniture without further notice.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Returns Policy
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after signing the delivery note or pickup note. The item shall be fully checked after you received it.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must inform the delivery team at the time of delivery.
7. Product Descriptions and Colors
7.1 We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free.
7.2 Colors may vary due to monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
8. Liability
8.1 852furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
8.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as adverse weather or customs delays.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of 852furniture and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
